At this particular chapel, Greenville college students had the amazing opportunity to have internationally acclaimed baritone, Richard Zeller, speak. It was amazing to hear about where he came from and how he overcame obstacles. It is always refreshing to see someone so successful and gifted be so humble and down-to-earth. He brought laughs and a sense of humor, and it was clear that he is passionate about what he does. It was even more exciting to know he was a part of the Schoenhals Fine Arts Symposium here at Greenville College. As far as his music, it was interesting to hear that he had an RnB history that added to his unique sound as a baritone. In knowing this, it is probably helpful to many singers who are not quite sure what it is they want to sing. He has an incredible voice, and you had no choice but to listen if you were there. Surely, Greenville college students can say that this was a great chapel and most likely gave insight to aspiring musicians and singers. Richard Zeller was a great speaker and it was sure a pleasure to have him with us.
