Chapel – Christmas Candle Lighting
On Wednesday, December 11, the Christmas Candle Lighting chapel took place. Full of excitement, students experienced one of Greenville College's favorite traditions. A worship service that is both awe inspiring and humbling. It is amazing to see how this tradition has developed on GC campus over the years. If you happened to miss this beautiful tradition, here is an opportunity to see what took place.
Have You Thanked a Donor?
The Offices of Advancement and Financial Aid hosted the Donor Thank You Project on Wednesday, October 30. As the name suggests, this event was held in order to thank donors who have contributed to Greenville College. The hosts provided delicious treats, apple cider, and even a Jo’s Java gift card drawing to encourage students to attend. All of the black and orange streamers and other Halloween decorations made for a very festive atmosphere.
Community Invited to Trick-or-Treat at GC
Parents, are you mapping out your kid’s route for trick-or-treating this Halloween? If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly way to spend Halloween and an optimal candy stop for the kids, consider adding Greenville College to your list! Children are invited to visit Greenville College for a tour that leads through several residence halls and ends with a carnival on Scott Field. Residence halls will be open for the trick-or-treating tour Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 pm.
Run to Register for the Panther 5K
Runners, mark your calendars for the annual Panther 5K Road Race to take place at Greenville College on Saturday, October 19. The race begins at 8:30 a.m. on College Avenue near Spruce Street. This marks the third year that RaceMaker Productions will provide Panther 5K runners with professional chip timing.
