Rachel Held Evans, famous author of the books “A Year of Biblical Womanhood: How a Liberated Woman Found Herself Sitting on Her Roof, Covering Her Head, and Calling Her Husband “Master” and “Evolving in Monkey Town: How a Girl Who Knew All the Answers Learned to Ask the Questions” made her way onto Greenville College’s campus earlier this month. Her presence sparked a campus-wide discussion as she is known to tackle controversial topics. Some people admired Rachel‘s approach to the topic Biblical Womanhood, thinking the words she speaks are full of wisdom and truth. Others are not quite sure where they stand on their opinion of Rachel, never having heard of her or her blog before. Finally, there are people who disagreed with Rachel’s doctrine and they weren’t comfortable with her appearance in chapel. Watch the clip below, to hear what students and faculty across campus have to say about her.
