“It’s going, it’s going… It’s gone!” Greenville College Softball senior, Shannon Elbe, hit a home run against Westminster Monday night and has made a huge contribution to the Softball program in her career at Greenville. She said it was a relief to get out of her slump.
Elbe has had a successful career while playing at Greenville College. She was named to the all-conference team, a part of the team with the best record for GC softball and has been the Co-Offensive MVP for the team. After all of these accomplishments, we are excited to see what else she will accomplish.
Greenville College softball is currently ranked 2nd in conference and is having a really good season. Their next game will be this Saturday, April 23rd, against MacMurray at 1:00 pm.
