Many people go on YouTube to search for videos that are funny or videos that will give you advice. Many YouTubers have made a lot of your favorite videos. Some may have been parodies of your favorite artists or acting out one of your favorite movies. There are many good YouTubers in America that are well-known, but there is one YouTuber that is on the rise. His name is Mark Phillips.

Phillips is a famous YouTuber from Texas. He attended the University of North Texas and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies in May 2017. Phillips is well-known by his Youtube handle, RDCworld1, run by him and his cousin Lelan Manigo. At first, Phillips was making short skits acting as LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA finals on Twitter. Later, he created a Youtube account on March 1, 2012. He is well-known for the “Black Avengers” skit, which was one of the top videos, the NBA finals skit that was posted on his Twitter account, and “When People Take Anime Too Far” skit.

He also made videos about college life and what to do and not do in college. Phillips explained the struggle of an original college student. Now, Phillips has gained popularity with his and his friends’ comedic sketches and vlogs about different anime shows, cartoon shows, movies, and video games. Phillips also makes videos about different topics that are advice-giving and can make you laugh at the same time. Phillips also makes short films with his friends and posts them on his YouTube channel as well. In May, he was recognized on the internet blog site, The Shade Room, for editing his graduation photos and turning them into famous hip-hop album covers. In an interview, Phillips said that he didn’t want to have dull pictures, so he wanted to be creative with them while thanking a few of his favorite rappers. Phillips also said that these artists had kept him focused and inspired him to keep his head on the right path while trying to achieve his dreams. He used different rap artists’ album covers, such as Kendrick Lamar’s “Damn” album, Drake’s “Nothing Was The Same” album, J. Cole’s “4 Your Eyez Only” album, Chance the Rapper’s “Coloring Book” album, and Lauryn Hill’s “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill” album. It took him about a week to finish editing his photos.

Phillips wants to inspire people to be creative in everything they do because nobody wants to be normal. He looks forward to achieving his goals as one of the top YouTube artists in America.
